Rare French Tulip Necklace with Matching Pin

Rare french necklace with tulip shaped plastic beads and diamanté rondelle caps. Slight damage to one of the diamanté rondelles, as seen in photograph, matching stick pin with screw-on clasp.

The tulip beads are bright red with diamanté-set caps, and the matching pin has a tulip at each end.
