Refund policy

7-day return window. You may return an item within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email carole@caroletanenbaum.com with your order number and the item you are returning. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Condition. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unworn, with any original packaging, boxes, and tags.

No exchanges. Every piece is vintage and one-of-a-kind, so we cannot offer exchanges. We offer refunds only.

Return shipping. You pay for return shipping. Please use a tracked and insured service, because we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-refundable. Original shipping charges and any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days, in the currency you paid. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
