Shipping policy
We ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada to customers worldwide. Orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day, and every order includes tracking.
Carriers and rates. Shipping rates are flat rates, listed here in US dollars (USD); the exact amount for your address is shown at checkout.
- Canada: Canada Post Expedited Parcel $15 USD or Canada Post Xpresspost $20 USD. Orders over $800 USD ship free by Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
- United States: DHL Express (2 business days) $36 USD. Orders over $800 USD qualify for free shipping by Canada Post.
- UK & Europe: DHL Express (2–3 business days) $42 USD.
- Rest of the world: DHL Express (3–4 business days) $55 USD.
Currency. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shoppers in Canada see prices and pay in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Duties and taxes. Orders shipped outside Canada, including to the United States, may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs, are the buyer's responsibility, and are non-refundable. Applicable Canadian sales taxes are calculated at checkout for Canadian orders.
