Where do you ship from?

Every order ships from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We ship worldwide.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day, and every order includes tracking. We ship with Canada Post or Purolator depending on destination.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on orders over $650 USD to Canada and the United States.

What currency are your prices in?

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shoppers in Canada see prices and pay in Canadian dollars.

Will I pay duties or taxes?

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees set by the destination country.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You may return an item within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email carole@caroletanenbaum.com with your order number and the item you are returning. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted. Every piece is vintage and one-of-a-kind, so we cannot offer exchanges. We offer refunds only. See our refund policy for full details.

Are the pieces new?

No. These are vintage and collectible pieces, each hand-selected by Carole. Each listing describes the piece, whether it is signed, its approximate era and its measurements where known. If you would like more photos or details before buying, just ask.
